This project is a three storey commercial development offering over 500m2 per level of commercial and retail space in a prominent corner position in Harris Park. The project was architecturally documented for construction by Zhinar, whilst HKMA documented the civil and structural plans. The client appointed Camellia Developments as the Project Managers for the construction phase of the development. This project was completed December 2005.

This project is a luxury two-storey full brick house consisting of five bedrooms, four bathrooms, three kitchens, three separate lounge rooms, a huge dining room, and a triple garage. From conception this job was designed architecturally by Zhinar Architects, and the civil and structural documentation was prepared by HKMA. The Client appointed Camellia Developments as the Project Managers. Completed December 2005.
