This is a six-storey framed concrete residential development over a basement consisting of a combination of 2 and 3 bedroom units, totalling 52. From conception Zhinar and HKMA provided architetural design and structural and civil engineering consultation, with Camellia Developments set to oversee the entire project management and construction requirements to successful completion. This project well underway and has been programmed to be completed by January 2007.
